Product Description

Live Mud Crabs are originally mangrove dwellers but now widely farmed in ponds with brackish water. They are plentiful in the remaining mangrove areas around the country and range in size from tiny babies to the giants. They have medium to firm textured meat with a delicate sweet flavor that I find absolutely delicious. You can prepare them either steamed and marinated or deep fried salt and pepper style- a messy dinner but these crabs will make it worthwhile.

Specifications :
1. Live condition
2. Catch from mangrove areas and aquaculture
3. Full Meat, no broken claw
4. Male and/or Female with Roe (80% up to full)
5. Size range between 500 – 1000+ g/pc.
