 DETAILS OF EACH MACHINE: 

The production line is a combination of Batch roller, Rope sizer, Forming machine, Elevator and cooling cabinet, as electrical parts of full production line are centralized control, easy to control operations.

1. Batch roller has automatically heating and keep warming system, it can be both positive and negative direction of turning, so that rope out of a more-shun. ,it also can automatically rise and fall, a key to solve the sugar coming out speed, and ease of coordination with the Rope sizer.

2. Rope sizer is also with automatic temperature control system, there is no waste after starting, it suitable for all kinds of sugar, pull plate crescent mechanical processing to prevent the rope slipping, so that the sugar rope come into forming machine in accurate position .

3. Forming machine has automatic visible bucket with the acrylic rods and stainless steel combination, according to the needs of users can adjust the length of the rod ,at the same time user is able to see the number and effective insert sticks, it’s easy for user adding sticks.

The machine insert sticks instruction, it’s also use adjustable device, the length of stick meet customer needs, the machine mould retreat cam uses the advance international top material made (life-long maintenance-free)

Mould has automatic clean-up water dish, easy to clean up every day, without prejudice to the motor, do not pollute the environment.
