The grape Lugana di Sirmione, harvested in advance of the complete maturation, is an optimal basis in order to obtain an excellent fruity sparkling wine, characteristic and very pleasant. After more than nine months, once fermented and rested, it can be commercialized as Lugana Brut DOC.
