All our Sardine Fillets are prepared the same way as our anchovies. They are immediately frozen after being caught and defrosted naturally in brine overnight as and when they are needed. They are placed in a marinade of
Lemon juice and vinegar for at least 18 hours which causes the fish to slow cook without heat. They are then placed in a round plastic tub where the Basil is added along with
SUNFLOWER Oil. Our Sardines are free from any added ingredients, Trans Fat and GM products.
