The grapes were harvested manually during late March and early April.
During the making of this exclusive and ellegant wine, we endeavoured
to take detailed control of each and every vinification condition, which
was conducted in small stainless steel casks. Once the vinification process
had been finished, this wine is aged in French oak casks for a full grasp
of its excellence.
Intensely ruby red colour. Ellegant to the smell with morello cherry and cassis
scents with traces of
Vanilla and chocolate. Strong, complex
Flavour and ellegance
enhanced by harmonious, balanced tannins.
