Scope of application:

This machine is widely used to pack any non-cohesive tiny powder products for the food, pharmaceutical, commodity and chemical industries, such as food additives, milk powder, soy flour, protein powder , ma sk powder, pearl powder, soup powder , coffee powder , cocoa powder, flour, health tea powder, glucose powder, soda powder etc.

Features:

1. Automatic perform the complete process of weighing or measuring , printing lot number on a film, bag-making, material filling, sealing, bag cutting, counting and so on.

2. The control system could automatic optimize all the programs, user can modify the temperature for the proper sealing, the length of bag, packing speed and the interval thus it is more convenient and precise.

3. There is a photoelectric eye device on the machine, which works with the control system; it could identify different color on the film in order to make the bag cutting more precise.

4. For the machine of MK-60 F Z, the length of bag and bag cutting point can be adjusted by the hand wheel adjuster simply without changing the other spare parts and the position of cutter .

5. For the edge of a bag, there are several ways: tooth edge or plain edge, vertical stripe or overlapping curve.

The machine is good at hot sealing, by replacing the sealing tools, it could perform several kinds of bag sealing: Back-sealing, 3-sides sealing, 4-sides sealing. The sealing temperature is controlled by temperature controller on the panel, precise temperature monitoring and the machine has the advantages, such as: low noise, clear sealing texture and strong sealing.
