Descriptions:

1. ZS Series vibration sieve is suitable for in line production. It is an ideal device for granule that has uneven size to sieve continuously.

2. The machine consists of the hopper, vibrating chamber, connecting shaft and electric motor. Virbrating chamber is equipped with eccentric wheel, rubber soft tubes, main shaft and bearing, etc. When the adjustable eccentric weight dropper is pressed to the central line of main shaft by motor driven, in unbalanced conditions, it creates centrifugal force, which makes the materials forming regular track eddy. The amplitude of the weight dropper may be regulated according to different materials and the meshes of screens.

3. The whole machine has the features of compact structure, small volume, non-dust flying, low noise, high output, low energy consumption, easy to be moved and maintained.
