As an excellent nonionic surfactant with effective surface-active function, it emulsifies and disperses food ingredients, stabilizes emulsified foods, delays hardening process in breads and cookies (prevents aging), and is also used as antifoamer when making soy sauce yeasts, and in the wide ranges of industrial uses such as cosmetics, plastics, pharmaceuticals, paints, and dyes.
Raw materials: edible hydrogenated palm oil and plant deviated glycerol
It is the product of esterification between edible hydrogenated palm oil and edible grade glycerol.
