MONOSODIUM PHOSPHATE Colorless, column crystal, odorless, slightly deliquescence, relative density 20.4, melting point 60, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. When heated to less 100, soluble in crystalline water; when heated to 100, losing crystalline water, going on heating and becoming NaPO3.
