5. Appearence: White crystallize grain or no colour inclined square crystallize. Easily melt in water. Aqueous is acidity. It can not melt in ethyl alcohol. Opposite density of dihydrate is 2.04. It will melt at 60'C. It will loose crystallize water at 75'C

6. Uses: For food additive, it is mainly used as buffering agent, emulsification agent, nourishment, etc.

Packing: It is packed with two, a polyethylene bag as liner and a compound 7. Plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
