Appellation: Moscato d'Asti D.O.C.G.
Grape: 100% Moscato Bianco
Vinification technique: Partial fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature, filtration, second fermentation in tanks and bottling.
Description: Soft golden yellow with straw reflections. Bouquet: fruity with hint of honey, sage and musk. Flavour: sweet, fruity, recalls the fragrance of grapes. Perlage: lively foam.
Serve at a temperature of : 6 °C
Recommended serving: Perfect with dry pastries, hazelnut cake, Christmas desserts like “panettone”.
