1. Bottom Film Feeding System

One bilge gas spindle is together with rollers. This system is steady for  lower film feeding.

2.   Bottom Film Forming system

This system include mould and heating board.Once the film stepped into  the working room, the bottom film can be formed according to the mould.

3. Feeding Material System
The material is fed automatically by the imported chain.

4. Printing Film System
This machine can be fitted with automatical printing system as customer' s request, packing date and other relevant parameters can be marked at a  time, do not need human marking. Working efficiency is raised.

5. Vacuum and Sealing System
The original imported German Busch vacuum pump is used in this machine  with high pumping efficiency, high vacuum, low noise, stable and reliable  quality, long life and other notable features, pumping speed 200m3/h.  This system achieves vacuuming and sealing.
