Combined wirecut and drop cookies machine is new designed for different types wire cut and deposit cookies .

Wire cut & depositor cookies forming machine

Deposit: nozzles with rotation + fixed nozzle

The cookies machine has salt/sugar flavor spreader.

Cookies machine connected with tunnel oven for bigger capacity.

This cookies machine can be install on the cake and Biscuit production line, it is can cooperate with cake, biscuit tunnel oven and manufacture different kinds of biscuits/cookies such as double color biscuit, extrusion biscuit, cutting biscuit and so on.

Cookies forming mould made by Copper or Aluminum,attached some cookies moulds & cookies as follows:

Oven belt use mesh belt or steel band(Sandvik from Sweden),we suggest to use Steel band for good quality cookies baked.

Steel band

The cookies production line has standard types: 400,620,800,1000,1200mm. Tunnel Oven resource: electric,indirect diesel oil or gas fired, or direct gas fired(DGF) and indirect gas fired combination.

The Oven is best design in CHINA, 99% Chinese biscuit factories are use our oven/cookies biscuit line .

Oven length: 25m-70m,baking capacity from 100kg-1500kg/hour. We suggest oven length minimum 25m,then the oven can bake top grade quality biscuit.
