Noodle-qulity modifier for food:
The product is also called unbroken noodle Modifier, dough gluten texture modifier, high-pefermance thickener and water-retention agent.
Gluten strengthening effect:
20-30 times higher than that of common gluten enhancer.
Applicatiion of the product:
a.It can increase demoulding and forming of noodles, make the noodles smooth and fine, increase elasticity and chewiness, prevent noodles and flour products from ageing.
b.The product can approach maximum modifying effect for flour products or noodles, when used with 5-10% Potato Starch or green bean starch.
c.The product is nontoxic and tasteless, its ingredients are casein and polysaccharides, and has hygroscopicity, and it is suitable to store in dry and sealed conditions, and moderate caking occurs during storage.
d.It can increase demoulding and forming of noodles, make the noodles smooth and fine.
Physical and chemical index:
The viscosity of 1% concentration is not lower than 1Pa.s.
Use level:
0.1%-0.5% ,or according to manufacturing requirements .
