For 10 years, Professor Valery Sorokin worked at Moscow University to find a solution to the structuring of alcohol with water. His quest was driven by a desire to make premium vodka much more palatable, and thereby to improve it. After countless experiments, Professor Sorokin finally succeeded in structuring alcohol and water in a way that meant each molecule of alcohol was surrounded completely by water molecules. The result is that the palate initially perceives the vodka as a natural substance.
