At present,we have these 4 production lines,2 out of which are for 7 layers while 1 is for 5 layers and 1 for bag-making.The extruders we use are designed for water immersion as a cooling process,in which case will lead the products to a better clarity and puncture-resistance.We supply medium and high barrier vacuum bags,retort bags,thermoforming films and lidding films with PA PE,PA CPP,PA EVOH PE,PA EVOH CPP structures using original raw materials for different application such as meat,sausage,hot dog,cheese etc.in a wide variety of sizes.

In order to strengthen our technical position to meet the increasing needs of the global flexible packaging market,we will bring in a whole new 9 layer cast line from Italy as well as other production lines with numbers of extensive experience staff in our new factory that convering an area of 18,000 square meters,which will be completed in August,2013.By then,we shall be able to reach the capacity of 12,000 tons per year.
