Only the freshest swimming crabs(Portunus pelagicus)are used in this exquisitely finished crabmeat of premium brand.

Production :
The crabs are steam cooked to perfection and the meat is carefully hand-picked to remove any shell, packed and pasteurized under rigid HACCP guidelines and quality control, then refrigerated to preserve its shelf life and natural flavor. It is easy to prepare in a variety of dishes.

Ingredients:

Crabmeat from Asian swimming crabs(Portunus pelagicus), little amount of water, sodium acid pyrophosphate(added to promote color retention).We could also produce according to our customer's requirement.
