Product Description

Cucumber is picked in brine, vinegar or acid acetic with various vegetable spice. Our pickled cucumbers is fresh and crunchy

pickled cucumber 3-6cm in 480ml, 540ml, 720ml or 1500ml jar
Fresh cucumber: 50- 55%
Brix: 6- 8%
Salt: 1.8% - 2.5%
Acetic acid: 0.3% - 0.45%
Spices: garlic, chilli, carrot, celery, dill..: 2-3%
Pure water

Lid color available: Green, red, purple, white, yellow, logo lid, others.....
Jar shape available: Round, square

Our pickled cucumber is fresh and crunchy taste, it's produced under customer's recipe and private label or our own specification. Our capacity is around 200 containers or more per crop. Pickled gherkin is processed in our factory which achieves international standards such as IFS, ISO 22000 and HACCP, can meet all inquires from the most difficult markets.
