PIRCA cabernet sauvignon from DYONISOS wines SpA
made by world reknowned winemaker, Pascal Marty
Label Description:
A traditional Chilean wall surrounding a property is called a Pirca. It is made with locally collected rocks mixed with mud and straw. Due to the strong influence of the local terroir on the Pirca wines, this antique construction is the best expression of our complex but likewise soft, fruity and intense wines. Fulfilling the most demanding wine expert, the winemaker has handcrafted these wines on a very traditional way by taking the best of the French winemaking and barrel aging art.
Tasting Note:
Classically structured, firm, well-balanced and extremely long, with cherry-berry fruit, sweet spices and tobacco leaf. Very fine now, it will also age gracefully. A fine accompaniment to grilled beef steak, grilled ahí tuna, venison.
