Plate pasteurizer also called flash pasteurizer or HTST pasteurizer, it is continuous sterilization equipment specially designed for low viscosity fruit juice (Apple juice or orange juice), dairy products, syrup, liquid egg products, beverages, juices, wines or similar liquid materials. It is ideal equipment for sterilizing and cooling materials to extend the shelf life. This set of sterilization equipment can design for different process requirements such as sterilization, heat preservation, cooling, etc.

The plate type pasteurizer is mainly composed of plate heat section, heat holding(Sterilizing) section, cooling section, and material reflux section, material balance tank&material pump, CIP pump, hot water tank&hot water pump, steam valves group, electronic control cabinet and pipes, pumps and valves system.
