Properties

1.The polymer contains strong cationic radical and activated adsorbent radical, which can destabilize and flocculate the suspended solids and the negative-charged water soluble matters in the wastewater through electro-neutralization and bridging adsorption. It achieves good results in flocculating, decoloring, killing algae and removing organics.

2.The product can be used at a small dosage but it can lead to big flocks, rapid precipitation, low turbidity of the outlet and little sludge.

3.It is adaptable to wide range of pH values, between 4.0 and 10.0.

4.This product is odorless, tasteless and harmless. It can be widely used to treat the raw water and sewage.

Application
Used as flocculants in water and wastewater treatment. In the mining and the process of mineral, it is always used in dewater flocculants which can extensively applied in treating various mineral mud, such as coal, taconite, natural alkali, gravel mud and titania. In the papermaking, it is used as paper conductivity paint to make conductive paper, sizing promotor. Moreover, this product also can be used as conditioner, antistatic agent, wetting agent, shampoo, emollient and so on.

Application and storage  

1. When applied the product singly, it should be diluted to the concentration of 0.5%-0.05% (based on solid content).

2. When used to treat different source water or waste water, the dosage is based on the turbidity and the concentration of the water. The most economical dosage is based on the trial.

3. The dosing spot and the mixing velocity should be carefully decided to guarantee that the product can be mixed evenly with the other chemicals in the water, and to avoid the flocs to be broken.

4. It is better to dose the product continuously.
5. This product is packaged in plastic drums with each drum containing 50kg or 125kg, or IBC.

6. This product should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place. In this way, it can be stored for two years without losing its effect.

7. If there is stratification after the long-term storage, it can be mixed before being used without affecting the application.
