3rd Section: Leg / Ham
Whole pork carcass side (Arm / Loin / Ham) is packed in one box weighing around 120 lbs catch weight boxes printed in bilingual labels.
We would provide FSIS 9450-3 Heath Certificate along with all the other necessary documents.
