Beer brandy played a significant role in the Middle Ages, but as time went by it gradually disappeared completely. Our beer brandy is made by distilling fresh Starobrno black beer. The spirits acquires an intensive bouquet and the flavour of malt and beer. It reminds somewhat of fresh whisky.
