PAYMENT TERMS & PROCEDURES  

THE PROCEDURES IS AN IRREVOCABLE STANDARD FOR THE SELLER AND THE FINAL TRANSACTION SHALL OBEY IT, AS FOLLOWS:

PROCEDURES

• Buyer sends LOI  via e-mail
• Seller responds via e-mail with a SCO and bank coordinates
• Buyer sends  ICPO via email and BCL via swift from buyer’s bank to seller’s bank
• Seller sends FCO (Proforma Invoice) to be signed and Draft Contract for negotiation
• Seller/Buyer approves the Final Draft and signs the electronic version.
• Buyer returns the original Contract Signed to the Seller
• Buyer’s bank issues the non-operative DLC or ARDLC  and BG | SBLC to Seller’s bank within 5 banking days and sends a copy to the seller.
• Seller issues PB 2% and POP bank-to-bank that renders operative the DLC or ARDLC
• Shipment commences in accordance with the agreed schedule on the contract.
• First Shipment: 30-45 days after coordination bank to bank.

PAYMENT TERMS

• CONTRACT  : SBLC or BG to guarantee the contract and a DLC or ARDLC   month to month to pay for the product.
• SPOT SALE   :   DLC  -  TT

If you agree to all of the above (product specifications, procedures and payment terms), please confirm with a LOI to our name and we send the offer price, and if this is accepted , we send the instructions for to the issuance of the Buyer's ICPO to the name of the Seller indicated by us, otherwise we will not accept this document.

Seller responds via e-mail with a SCO  with price offered  and bank coordinates, and Buyer sends BCL via swift from buyer’s bank to seller’s bank, and continue the procedures established.

The LOI of Buyer must contain the following:

• Full details of the Buyer
• Full Banking  details of Buyer 
• Product required
• Technical Specifications
• Quantity  (Spot or Contract)
• Procedures and Payment Terms (accepted) -  it is essential
• Target Price (required)
• Packing
• Destination Port

Note:  The LOI must be issued in the Buyer's letterhead, signed and sealed by the legal representative, otherwise, this document will not be accepted.
