History:
In Berlin the Haering Family runs a specialty brewery that is located directly on the waterfront of the largest lake in town and on the river Spree. The brewery has its own wells which are located in the middle of the health resort surrounded with the forest and parks that are protected by natural regulation law.
The Berliner Buergerbraeu is the oldest brewery in Berlin on its historical location and more than 130 years old. Berliner Buergerbraeu also has a great sounding name for foreign costumers to show them it comes from Germany without any further explanation, because the Berliner tells the location and the darts on the Buergerbraeu makes it look very German, too.

History:
HOFMARK Beer Brewery is from Bavaria (south of Germany). It is located next to the Czechoslovakian boarder in the Bohemian Forest. It is only brewed with one of the worlds finest, softest water without any hardness. This water is used for brewing just natural, as it comes out of own brewery wells more than 450 m deep into the brewing kettle and no softening of inflating is needed. It is untouched and natural water. Hofmark is specialized in brewing and bottling different kinds of traditional top- and bottom fermented beers and also different kinds of packaging. Therefore Hofmark got the packaging award and top honors from CMA-Germany and gold medals for authentic beer quality.
