Sliced product is soft, juicy and tender. The thickness of the fat coating is less than 0.5 cm. It is obtained from Premium class pork sides coming from pigs raised exclusively on Polish farms. A natural produced product cured with no weight enhancing additives. Admissible shelf life: 21 days.
