POBEDA employs 1,500 staff, of which, 700 employees at two production sites near the city of Moscow, Russia, and 800 employees are engaged in sales, mainly in Russia, CIS countries and worldwide.

50,000 tons of chocolate produced every year

POBEDA produces 50,000 tons of chocolate per year. For the manufacturing of chocolate, we use cocoa beans originating from various parts of the globe, mostly from West Africa, Indonesia and Ecuador, which are purchased from big companies, as well as from reliable local suppliers to ensure excellent quality.

Thanks to the new high-tech production line of chocolate mass installed last year, the total capacity of the plant is now more than 80,000 tons of chocolate per year.

2 Generations of Independence and Family Tradition!

POBEDA, which in Russian, means Victory, was launched in 2000, near the city of Moscow, Russia, as a small family chocolate factory. POBEDA stands at the helm of Vitaly and Olga Mouraviev. In a short period of time since its inception, the company has evolved into a successful international business. POBEDA's top products are sold in 20 countries and the company is a leader in the production of private label chocolate in the post-Soviet Territories. Today, POBEDA is a company that produces more than 50,000 tons of chocolate per year. Furthermore, POBEDA continues to be family run and its story goes on to be written by the family's second generation of Muraviov's.

Our main customers are chain retailers as multinational as well as local ones. The POBEDA is well placed to meet the high demands of its customers, including a highly trained staff and production facility certified according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and the HACCP system. The delivery time of a new product under a private label, meeting all the needs and expectations of the client is 45 - 60 days, including the development of a unique taste and packaging design of chocolate.

2 Production Sites / High-Tech & Minimal Cost

POBEDA has two production sites with a total area of 375,000 square feet (35,000 square meters) located on a total of 30 acres (12 hectares). The production area is located 60 miles from the city of Moscow, Russia, in the beautiful region of Egorevsk, surrounded by untouched forests, clean lakes, adjacent to the protected nature reserve.

POBEDA's factory utilizes modern, high-tech equipment that can produce a variety of chocolate bars and chocolate products with minimal costs. The factory currently has 14 moulding lines, including four lines for chocolate bars, and the latest two lines for the production of chocolate mass.
