Soybean isoflavones (Total soybean isoflavones 5%,10%,20%,30%,40%,60%,90%) from Hebei Bonherb are phyto-estrogens. They are kinds of natural substance extracted from soybean. Phyto (plant) estrogen is a generic name which is used to define classes of compounds that are non-steroidal. Phytoestrogens are weak estrogens (possessing approximately1/5,000 the activity of natural female hormone estrogens) and differ remarkably from synthetic environmental estrogens in that they are easily broken down, not stored in tissue and are readily available.
