Manufacturing process:
The product is made with food additives,which accord with the National food additive Hygiene Standard GB2760-1996.
Main ingredients:
sodium carbonate and caseinate.
Application:
a.It is widely used in soaking soybean in Beancurd sticks produiction.
b.The product can accurate water penetrating into soybean and shorten soaking time.
c Soybean soaking agent can aslo increase water PH value,soybean protein and beancurd stick yields ,and modify beancurd stick brightness.
Uselevel
Add 50g of the product per 70kg peeled soybean.
Storage:
Seal packed and stored at dry and cool conditions and protected from light ,avoid exposing to off odor or posionous material .
