Surimi Production Line

The process of this set of equipment is three times meat separating, two rinsing, three rotary and water filtration and complete recovery device (recovery machine improves yield). The process is as follows:

Bubble washer →Flatting Mill → food elevator → meat seperator → food elevator → meat seperator→food elevator →meat separator→→ meat barrel → slurry pump→rotary svreen → rinse → slurry pump → rotary screen → slurry pump → rotary screen → fine filter→ water separator→food elevator →Quantitative Feeder → bowl cutter → surimi forming machine→packing

1. Application voltage environment should be given when making order, so as to choose the proper electric motor.
2. The warranty time for our meatball making machine is 1 year, excluding belt. We offer charged maintenance services when warranty time is over.
3. Always wearing noise reduction earplug and hygienic uniform. Non-trained personnel are forbidden for machine operation.
