Wahaha Tieguanyin Tea Drink takes high quality Tieguanyin tea leaves from Anxi mountain as raw material. Only shoots with two leaves are selected and picked for processing. Those green tea leaves are first withered with sunlight, and then undergo repeated cooling and rocking processes until tea incense starts to volatile and a reddish color appears on the edge of each tea leave. The leaves are then roasted, followed by three times of twisting and baking before the final super-firing step, to give mature Tieguanyin tea.
The mature Tieguanyin tea is extracted shortly in hot water and the tea water is cooled instantly and filtered through centrifugation, yielding a clear yellow tea body.
