Product Description

Usage: Used as water softening agent, synthetic detergent, metal ion sequestrant, dispersant, boiler water treatment, vegetable fiber bleaching agent, buffer of electrolysis and electroplate. In food industry it is used as buffering agent, emulsifier, nutrition ingredients and quality improver. It can enhance PH of the meat and strengthen water holding capacity (WHC) of the meat, it can heighten processing performance of cooked wheaten food and improve the quality of cooked wheaten food; it can avoid changing the color of processed fruit in making tinned fruit.
