DESCRIPTION

  soya powdered lecithin is a complex mixture of phosphatidylcholine(PC), phosphatidylethanolamine(PE) and phosphatidylinositol(PI). This product is oil-free light yellow powder. It is soluble or dispersible in oil, partly soluble in alcohol. The content of phospholipids is more than 97%.

STORAGE

This product should be kept at temperatures not exceeding 35°C, avoid exposure to light and moisture. The shelf is a minimum of 12 months when stored unopened in the original packaging.
