TOMATO PASTE is viscous, red products made from sound, clean, ripe tomatoes, using the cold break procedure, then evaporating tomato paste solids (seed free), under reduces pressure. The whole process shall be carried out under sanitary conditions using sound manufacturing techniques.

Packing: In aseptic bags in conical or cylindrical iron drums of about 235 kilos ( +/- 5% ) net weight each.
