Product information
Concentrated tomato product from clean, sound wholesome tomatoes, contains no added sweeteners and no sulfites, it is all natural and healthy. The tomatoes are all grown in the east of Xinjing province, China and renowned for their quality. Our tomato paste is made from selected ripened tomatoes that have been washed, crushed out scaled, strained and concentrated naturally. The resulting tomato concentrate is cold filled and aseptically packed from from additives and preservatives.

Notes
1.Brix % is equal to and measured by the sugar content or the concentration level of products, it’s expressed by a percentage, in this case, the tomato paste.
A high Brix percentage equals a more concentrated product, such as crushed tomatoes or tomato paste.
A lower Brix percentage equals something more like a tomato paste.

Tomato Paste in Steel Drums
Package: 1n 240kg+/- 3% steel drum with inner aseptic bag. 4 drums on a wooden pallet, 80 drums per 20ft container.
HOT BREAK VS. COLD BREAK

Cold Break |
- Fresh tomato is chopped when heated, at temperature ranging from 80 to 100°C.
- Hot Break product is more viscous and therefore denser.
- The average Bostwick viscosity of HB is in the range between 3.5 and 6 centimeters.
- The Hot Break product is usually used for Ketchup and different sauces requiring a 28 - 30° Brix.

- Cold Break, tomato is chopped while heated at lower temperature, ranging from 65 to 75°C.
- Cold Break product is less viscous and therefore less denser.
- The normal viscosity of Cold Break is in the range from 9 to 16 centimeters.
- The Cold Break product is mainly used for triple concentrate paste at 36 - 38° Brix, packaged in 500 or 1000 gr cans for domestic use.
