TUNNEL PASTEURISER
It is used for pasteurisation of bottled and canned products such as beer, non-alcoholic beverages, fruit and vegetable mashes, marinated vegetables and fruit in syrup.
Operating method
Products are distributed by a transporter device at the entry along the width of a conveyor line. It flows along the sections of a tunnel pasteurizer in a fully automated process. While passing through the sections, water is sprayed on the product for the purpose of its gradual heating and keeping it at the pasteurisation temperature (max. 90°C), after which the product is cooled. Heating zones are connected with cooling zones for the purpose of energy saving. Temperatures are maintained by sections by means of automatic regulation. Pasteurisation time is regulated by change of conveyor belt speed by means of a frequency switch.
