The milk is heated up to 135 to 150°C within a short time of about 3 to 4 seconds. This treatment is sufficient to kill all heat resistant bacteria and avoid the damage of milk nutrition. The milk after treatment can be kept for a long period of time of about 6 to 10 months with aseptic package to make them easy of transportation and storage.
Equipment included: Balance tank, feed pump, ultra high temperature Pasteurizer, homogenizer, CIP and system control panel.
This UHT pasteurizer is highly automatically operated with stable temperature and minimize lose of milk nutrition while keeping the original flavor. A high reliability can be achieved with the use of pressure and temperature protection system. All the processes and control are automatic.
