Vignobles Chateau Alains passion - the wines from Loire to Bordeaux wines that are authentic to their geographical location and terroir.
Anjou lies in the heart of the Loire Valley. Here the cool breezes off the Atlantic Ocean marry with the two distinct terrains Anjou Noir (Black Anjou) composed of dark schist soils and Anjou Blanc (White Anjou) white limestone - to create wines with lean acidity and perfect balance. Although the wines from the Loire age beautifully, they can and should be savored in their youth.
Chateau del la Guimoniere produces world-class wines from one of the most unique wine producing regions of France, Anjou. Here with the benefit of abundant sunshine, the 19 hectares planted with Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc produce wines that have led to the rebirth of this fabled region.
