1.Which machinery do we have to produce the silicone products?

As our factory makes the OEM order for different requirements, we have all equipments from moulds to the finished products. It include 2 CNC machines, spark machine, milling machine and Cutting Machine for opening the molds, 3 Rubber mixing machines for raw material mix, Rubber cutting machine prepare the material according to weight and shape of the products, 20 Vulcanizing machines for molding the products, 3 constant temperate ovens for second vulcanizing the finished products, 5 silk-printing machines and 1 pad printing machine for the OEM logo.

2.Can we make the OEM orders? Which information need for an offer?

Yes, OEM orders are welcome anytime. You just supply us the 3D drawing, or the samples you want to make, and if there need any logo, polishing or grinding the surface? Of course, it shall include the weight requirement, the packing way, the quantity and the quality standard.

3.How long it will take for a new mould? How about the cost?

Normally for the new OEM sample mould, the size is less than 200mm*200mm, it will take around one week for the new mould. For the bigger size products mould, it will take around 15-20days according to the complexity of the products. The costs are from USD100 to USD2000 depends on.
