Our factory located at the Merzifon Organized Industrial Zone on the Merzifon-Ankara highway has 10500 m² open & 7200 m² closed area in Turkey. It produces flour and bran with the food manufacturing Permit of the Amasya Provincial Directorate under the T.R. Ministry of Food Agriculture and Stock-breeding. It was established by Elsa Ticaret Sanayi Turizm ve Nakliyat Ltd. Sti. (ELSA Trade Industry, Tourism & Forwarding Co. Ltd.) from the Elsa Group Companies in 2006, its capacity has been increased by added new units by updating its technology (technological innovations).

Packaging

There are two package options as craft paper and PP bags.

PP bags could be in 25 kg and 50 kg.

Craft papers could be in 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg.

Our entire production flow, starting from our laboratories up to packing and loading, is controlled by the Quality&Food Safety Management Systems of the Turkish Standards Institute ( ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005).
