Vinification process | Along several vintages, the plots or their areas are monitored so that the best cabernet can be appreciated. A grape selection takes place (berry by berry) in the winery. A cold maceration is carried out for at least 4 days so that alcoholic fermentation is produced afterwards, at no less than 28. After that, it is aged in first use french oak barrels for 15 months. When bottled, it is tried to preserve the potential of the vineyard, for this reason, the clarification, filtration and bottling processes are carried out with non agressive techniques. No preservatives are used.

Tasting note | French origins, Bardolesa regi, this variety is widespread along moderate and hot regions around the world. Intense colour, with tile colour highlights, characteristic of guard wines. It is tannic, but when opened, it develops an unmistakable variety of flowery notes (violets and roses fragrance). With sensation of red fruits (raspberries and blackberries), Vegetables (green Pepper non toasted coffee) aroma, showing some smoke and incense notes, etc. As time goes by, these aromas may become more complex with bottle resting.
