  ZJR-10 food processing machine,peanut butter processing machine,cocoa powder processing machine are composed of emulsifying pot(fluctuating cover, overturn form kettle), water pot, oil pot, vacuum system, heating and temperature control systems, cooling systems, electric machinery control systems, etc.

  After the materials are heated & mixed in water pot and oil pot, they are drawn into emulsifying boiler by the vacuum pump. Adopting the middle stirrer & Teflon scrapers residues in emulsifying boiler that sweep the residues on the wall of the boiler makes the materials wiped off become the new interface constantly. Then they are cut off, compressed and fold by the blades to stir, mix and run to the homogenizer. By the strong cutting off, impact and turbulent current from the high-speed shear wheel and fixed cutting case, the materials are cut off in cut interstices and turn to particles of 200nm-2um promptly. Because the emulsifying boiler is under vacuum state, the bubble that produces in the course of mixing is taken away in time.

  The pot cover is automatic rising type. The material was directly drawn into the emulsifying boiler from oil boiler and water boiler based on a pipe that is under vacuum state. The discharge is based on turning the emulsifying boiler. And the heating system is electric heating and steam heating by the heating pipe, which the temperature is controlled automatically. Put the cool water into the intercalated bed so as to cool the material, simple and convenient (have a warm layer outside intercalated bed). The homogenizer and the blade stirring can together work and separate work. The material sliming, emulsification, mixing, dispersing etc. can be finished during short time. Contact position adopts high-quality stainless steel (medical use adopts 316L material, the interior surface is mirror polish, Vacuum agitating device is hygienically, it is made according to the normal hygiene standard of GMP and is the most idea production equipment.)

  1, warranty time: one year, from the date which the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely.  But buyer should pay for the airticket, living there charge of our engineer..

2, commissioning services: the product`s installation and commissioning at the demand side, our engineers will not leave there until get your agreement.

3, training services: our engineers will train your staff to operate it during the period of installation and commissioning, and they will not leave there until your staff can operate it properly and normally.  

4, maintenance services: any malfunction happenedonce you enquiry us, we will reply you within 48 hours except the special reasons.

5, lifelong services:  we provide lifelong services for all the products we sold out, and supply the spare parts with discount price.
