Production system
Selected grapes are picked early to conserve acidity. White wine treatment and soft pressure. Fermentation at a controlled temperature for 10 days. Decanting and clarify. Grafting with selected yeasts for re-fermentation in pressure tank. Refrigeration and sterile bottling.
