Based on the ingredients of the raw material milk, our Business Group Food Ingredients is developing a substantial product portfolio for the food industry, which also uses non-milk components.
In the Dairy product segment, we offer specific support for the stabilisation and texturisation of milk products such as yoghurt and cream cheese preparations. We supply the soup and sauces industry with spray-dried emulsions, which we optimise in accordance with the requirements of the end product and the customer.
For the meat industry and/or its suppliers, we produce techno-functional ingredients to improve structures and tastes. As an important German producer in the coffee creamer und foamer sector, we develop and sell a wide range of products which we adapt to the requirements of our customers. An additional market for MEGGLE Food Ingredients is the bakery and confectionery industry. We work on continuous further development of our formulations with the aim of offering premium functional products to our customers. At the same time, our focus is on providing the customer with a consistent consulting service, with the aim of finding individual solutions to the problem at hand.
