Natamycin 50% in Glucose is a mixture of Glucose and natamycin. It is widely used on fruit/vegetable juice drink, fruits to preserve and keep them fresh.
(2)Natamycin 50% in lactose
Natamycin 50% in lactose is a mixture of Lactose and natamycin. It is widely used on dairy foods (cheese and yoghurt), bread, baked foods to preserve and keep them fresh.
(3)Natamycin 50% in NaCl
Natamycin 50% in NaCl is a mixture of NaCl and natamycin. It is widely used for preservation on the products such as bacon, carbonado, barbecue, sausage, ham, and fermented meat products etc.
4.Red Kojic rice
Red kojic rice is a sort of Chinese traditional products with more than 1500 years history. It is made through fermentation by using monascus pure culture and in earlier period it was used in traditional wine-making, red fermented bean curd and Chinese medicine prescription. It was widely used in meat products processing in 80's and began to be extracted monascus color in 90's. It has been proved as a traditional and harmless food additive on human health in worldwide.
