WDCP 2-Layer Plastic Slice Extrusion Machine

I.Use

WDCP Series 2-layer plastic slice Extrusion Machines, which our company produces, is mainly used in producing double-layer or multi-layer plastic compound flake board of PP, PE, PS, HIPS etc. The flake board produced with the machines is widely used in producing heat-formed packing containers, like, stationery board, beverage cup, jelly cup, noodle bowl, meal box, food box, etc.

II. Function

1.The screw of the extrusion machine uses big ratio of length and diameter, its formed effect is nice, the thickness of the flake board is equal and the running speed is same. 

2.The machines use advanced electromotion high speed net changing fitting or hydraulic pressure high speed net changing fitting without stopping the machine, so the operation is convenient, the function is excellent, and it can improve the productive efficiency. 

3.It has high precision distributing fitting and internal resistance flat extrusion mold head, and it can ensure that the running speed coming out of the mold and pressure are all equal. 

4. Pressing roller uses hydrualic pressure to adjust, the operation is convenient and the precision is high. 

5.The surface of the pressing roller is brighter than the mirror, the temperature of the surface of the roller is equal, so the flake board produced is clean and bright, and the thickness is equal. 

6. The machine can ｓelect different plastic to produce the compound flake board with different colors according to different products.
