   A:Our machine is made of top grade stainless steel, most important parts are made of 304 stainless steel, other parts are made of 202 stainless steel. The thickest parts are 2.5mm. We guarantee them for 1 year generally, but they can be used for many years if operated well.

     A:There are 80kg/h, 200kg/h, 800kg/h for your choice. We can make other capacities according to customers' request, it will depend on exact requirement.

If there is any problem within guarantee period (excluding cased by human's wrong action), we will send you spare parts for free.

4. Q: Will you send engineers to install the plant and train our workers?

     A: yes, but at an extra cost payable by the customer. 

       Or you can get local contractors to do the commissioning and we send one supervising engineer.

6. Q: How should I order? What payment method do you accept?
