Design

We offer OEM service, your design and company logo are both available. We do not offer design developing service, all the designs must be provided by our customer. Designs are to be ADOBE ILLUSTARTOR, CDR, PDF, EPS, which resolution not less than 300 DPI

Sample

A: if you need stock samples for checking our printing effect or quality, we offer free samples but sample charges collect ( pay with your DHL, FEDEX or UPS account.), the time is 1-2 days.

B: if you need creat samples with your company logo or your design, then sample charges 100 USD, sample carrier charges on our side. Sample creating time 3-5 days, express 3-4 days. Express company is DHL, FEDEX or UPS.

Printing, surface treatment & packing

Printing: offset printing. Biggest priting size: 108 cm

Surface disposal: gloss/matte lamination; hot stamping; glitter, flocking, embossing, uv coating.

Hanlde: pp, cotton, dacron, grossgrain, plastic, paper handle, die cut handle.

Packing: 100 pcs/ctn; 100 pcs/ctn; PE inner babg for waterproof. Or 25 pcs/opp bag, 200 pcs/ctn. 5 layer B + C corrugated carton.

After sale service.

1, shipping can be excuted as per proforma invoice or sales contract. FOB ningbo, FOB Shanghai, FOB Guangzhou, FOB Shenzhen or CIF any port worldwide. Other shipping ways: air, express, railway are both okay.

2, shipping documents to be sent by express within 7 days after shipping date. Other certification or test report such as invoice testifying, country of origin or required certificates need another 3 days. For LC business, the documents are to be sent within 15 days after shipping date.

complains & claims (we do not accept any claims on transportation, weather or any unpredictable situation which are caused out of China).

For goods quality problem. If the complain isconfirmed to be verified, we do agree with the below ways of compensation.

A: compensate a equal quantity to the defective goods in next order.

B: compensate a equal amount of the defective goods and decrease the amount in next order.

C: for big quantity of defective products. The buyer has the obligation to help us to find a local factory to reprocess the goods, we have the obligation to compensate all the charges caused in the local country. As the goods value is small, we do not accept any cargo returning, otherwise, the charges will be declined.

D: for other complains, we would excute as per international trade regulations

Answer:

design format: Adobe Illustrator is the best(must be source file), in the second place, PDF, CDR, PSD.

E: How many days for samples & how many days for production

Answer:

sample time: 5-7 days after design confirmed.

Production time: 20 days(3000-20000 pcs), 30 days(30000-50000 pcs).

F: how do you pack the goods?

Answer:

normal packing: 100 pcs/carton, inside with PE inner bag for water proof, 5 layer strengthened corrugated carton or as per your requirement.

G: how to ship the goods?
