In pronouncing Alquimia, stress the second syllable: "al KEE mee-uh." Alquimia Reserva de Don Adolfo extra-anejo was first launched in 2010. It is aged for 6 years, which is quite a bit longer than the normal 3 year aging process customary for the "extra-anejo" label. The aging gives it what they call a "beautiful golden color" and they suggest enjoying as you would a fine cognac: sipping neat in a snifter. In their 2010 write-up, the Beverage Testing Institute said it was "A complex Cognac styled anejo that will go great with cigars."
