    Tasting note: From a specially selected single vineyard with old vines of the Tempranillo variety, on an altitude over 800 M. After a careful vinification aged the wine for 16 months in barrels of mainly French Allier oak and further ageing is continuing in bottles. The intention was to creat a special wine of high quality where elegancy must win from power. This wine will gain complexity in the bottle. A deep dark garnet red colour with a refined and elegant bouquet complex with concentrated ripe fruit aromas, like cranberries, with noble characteristics given by the terroire, leather and spicy aromas from the ageing in barrel. Very elegant, smooth on the palate with medium bodied and soft tannins and a long lasting finish.
